A billable truck is a truck registered in your account and active in fleet operations during the billing month, counted on the last calendar day of that month.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Trucks sold or removed before your billing date are not counted.
The pilot is free and does not auto-convert — moving to a paid plan requires a signed order form. See Terms of Use.

Who signs up here?
Fleet owners, managers and dispatchers. One account per company, then you invite your drivers by approving their phone numbers.
How do my drivers get access?
Add their phone numbers in your dashboard. They download the Fuel Planner app and sign in with that number. There is no public driver signup.
Do I need Samsara?
Samsara gives us live truck location and fuel level for the best route plans. You can start the pilot without it and connect later.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing for 30 days. No card required, and it does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
How is billing counted?
$20 per billable truck per month, billed in advance. See the pricing note above and our Terms of Use.
